Not at all. Many clients come to me from curiosity to confusion. You don’t have to “believe” or be experienced. All that’s needed is openness and intention. I do the deep research ahead of time, so you don’t need to worry about “doing it right.”

Before the session: Once you book, I spend up to a week researching your Akashic Record with your specific intention or issue in mind. I go to the root of the block or pattern, and also explore your soul-level strengths, gifts, and energetic blueprint. Through my preparation work, I am channelling all the information and organising it in an easy to understand and digestible manner.

I hold a warm, safe, non-judgmental space. My approach combines my training in counselling, trauma healing, and intuitive work - meaning I’m attuned to emotional, somatic, and human experience. You are always welcome to bring any worries, fears, or resistance, and together we move through them.

Every person’s experience is unique, but many clients report deep shifts such as:

No, this does not replace therapy, this work is complementary. Many of my clients do continue with therapy, coaching, or self work. In fact, after their initial session many continue their journey with me through Soul Coaching where we utilise other modalities that are centred on trauma healing and processing. My Akashic offerings bring deep energetic insight and clearing that can support and amplify those modalities. If you’re already in therapy, I’ll always honour the work you’re doing and support integration.
